The outer box has some minor wear including creases through having been stored for some time but the toy itself is unaffected. Please see the photos for the condition of the box. PLEASE NOTE THE BATTERIES WERE FLAT WHEN I PRESSED THE BUTTON. I OPENED THE TOY AND REPLACED THE BATTERIES AND THE SOUNDS NOW WORK AGAIN. THE BEAR WAS THEREFORE ONLY REMOVED FROM THE BOX TO REPLACE THE BATTERIES.
