Paperweight Gold Signature Limited Edition with Certificate, some 160mm in length, would make a wonderful addition to any collection. Pre-released by the Guild of China and Glass Retailers Members as the Third in the Gold Series the. Is first quality and has the Special Gold Royal Crown Derby factory backstamp, the facsimile signature of the Designer John Ablitt, a 21st Anniversary gold stopper and an issue date of MMII (20 02). It became part of the general range with the standard Red backstamp in 2003. This paperweight was modelled and decorated by John Ablitt. It has the Painter/Modeller’s marks on the base and is in excellent undamaged condition, with no chips, cracks, scratches, or restoration. The item comes from a preloved private collection, previously displayed, behind glass, in a cabinet and comes with it’s original box which has signs of usage. Please note the light marks on the photographs are camera/light reflections and not any sign of damage. The item will be safely & securely wrapped in bubble wrap and despatched in a suitable box.
